Job Description of HR Executive
Make recruitment plan and directly participate in the recruitment process, trainning and develop the human recourse;
Research and propose effective recruitment plan to meet the targets; conduct recruitment effectiveness reports;
- Develop and complete policies on salary, bonus and allowances for employees in the company;
Participate in the implementation of human resource management including: insurance, labor contract, employee profile, drafting and issuing documents related to human resource management;
Build a positive working environment;
Carry out internal communication, connect members and organize entertainment activities for company employees;
Other duties as Manager assigned.
Requirements of HR Executive
Expertise
Strong knowledge of Labor Laws, SHUI, PIT, and related HR laws;
- Proficiency in English.
Others
Proficiency in office information: analyze, synthesize, make reports;
Good at listening, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in social networks;
Honesty, enthusiasm, withstanding the pressure of work;
Age: 28 - 35 years old.
Experience
Have at least 03 years experience.
Preferred
Experience working at technology companies;
- Have experience in organizing events/seminars related to recruitment and trainning.
